2005 and 2006-present
In November 2005, I was invited for a three month visit to the Observatoire de Paris, joining the group in Meudon who work mainly with the Nançay Radioastronomy Observatory.

This visit eventually led to my appointment as Project Scientist for the European Square Kilometre Array Design Studies. I began formally in that post on 1 March, 2006, and the SKADS project continued until 31 December, 2009.
